Grape variety: 90% Glera (prosecco), Bianchetta Trevigiana and Perera. Grapes coming exclusively from our vineyards and cultivated according to the method biological.
Denomination: Prosecco DOC TREVISO. Extra Dry sparkling wine.
Nature of the soil: mixed, clayey and calcareous.
Harvest period: usually the last week of September ed exclusively by hand. This system guarantees maximum health of the grapes and the optimal expression of the varietal characters and aromas of the wine.
Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature of 18 ° C. At the end of fermentation the wine is decanted and then filtered. The bouquet is fine and expresses the characteristic fruitiness of this grape variety. Taste is characterized by a pleasantly sour taste, good structure, pleasant and harmonious, delicately dry. Excellent as an aperitif and for toasts, it comes together pleasantly to first courses and risottos, vegetable appetizers and light fish based. Serving temperature: 8˚ - 10˚ C.
