A wine with full body, some caractere but not agressive. The 12 month maturation in large casks are giving a slightly tanic wine softening with the years. The peristant mouth will be a good companion for red meats, cold hams and salami, matured cheeses.

We have a tradition of cultivation which respects nature, as we strongly believe in the need to find a constant balance between man, soil, flora and fauna.
As a result, we adopt organic cultivation which respects the laws of biodynamic farming.
