It is refreshing, light, with a fruity nose, naturally sparkling. The finesse of the spark, alive, but discreet, the intensity of the untouched bouquet of the grapes expresses in this wine the authenticity of the Gavi Frizzante. With only a very low amount of sulphites added at bottling, it is perfect from the oraganoleptic point of view.

Out of the many and infinite possibilities offered to us by nature is that of a sparkling wine, by keeping and enclosing the natural bubbles (carbon dioxide) produced through the process of alcoholic fermentation, requiring constant care and attention. The grapes are harvested at exactly the right moment, softly pressed and fermented in special tanks without the addition of Sulphites in any form which gives the most natural expression of the transformation into wine, fully preserving the aromas and natural taste of the grape, without the addition of any foreign agents. We take the greatest care not to damage its intrinsic qualities.
